Quality Management Policy
A-GRC is committed to good quality practice.
The objective for all A-GRC employees is to perform their activities in accordance with A-GRC standards to ensure that all the services provided meet those standards and exceed the Client’s expectations.
Management strive to underline this approach in all their day-to-day activities.
Quality at A-GRC is measured by Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) (designated as Quality Objectives) which the Top Management review and set each year to ensure that A-GRC and its employees attain quality standards, and to ensure continuous improvement of A-GRC’s quality performance measured against its Quality Objectives.
Quality is the responsibility of all employees. Each employee shall ensure that they are familiar with those aspects of A-GRC’s policy that relate to their day-to-day work.
The scope of the Quality System implemented at A-GRC has been defined and documented.
Where a Client requests that A-GRC conform to their own quality system, A-GRC shall apply this system as defined in the A-GRC Quality Management System.
This policy is issued, reviewed at least annually and maintained by the Quality Manager, who also provides advice and guidance on its implementation and ensures compliance.
All A-GRC employees shall comply with this policy.
